How Integrity Supported Living training works

We provide online training and certification for health & social care teams — clinical skills, mandatory training and role-based pathways, aligned to CQC expectations.

For individuals

Create a free account, enrol in any course (pay online or redeem a coupon), and work through the modules at your own pace. Pass the assessment (80%) to earn a dated CPD certificate. For clinical courses, a qualified assessor also signs off your practical competency before your certificate is issued.

For companies

Managers can buy training in bulk and issue coupons to their staff. Each coupon is approved by our team, then redeemed by staff to unlock their courses. A live compliance matrix shows which staff are certified, due for renewal, or outstanding — so you're always inspection-ready.

Certificates & renewals

Certificates are valid for 12 months. We track expiry dates and send renewal reminders by email and in-app, so nothing lapses unnoticed.
